Creating/Updating Status ailments

Hi. I have been looking over some of the old posts, and I had this idea of fixing the Darkness status, if someone has not already. So, what I wanted do is create a modified version of the Fury status, which is Fury Status: Hit% = Hit% - [Hit% * 3 / 10]. I just wanted to increase the loss from 30% to 60%. I just wanted to know if that is possible. And thanks in advance.
