Cannot find info on creating a .iro file [solved]

Hello, I am prototyping a mod and I was needing to know the basics on how to compile changes I make into .iro files to be deployed through 7th Heaven. Does anyone have a link to any resources or guides on how to prep an .iro file for 7H?
