Support / Mouth Texture Replacer mod doesn't work?

Hello I'm trying to download Mouth Texture Replacer mod but I am having some of the trouble, you see I tried downloading it from the 7th Heaven mod manager here:
And then here is how it looks when it is finished download:
It downgrades from Version: 1.01 to 1.00 and when I tried to download the update it just keeps giving an "Error installing Mouth Texture Replacer - The mod is queued for install, however it never installs.
and when I try to play with it my game crashes
Any ideas?
