Yes, to change initial equipment for other characters (except Cait Sith and Vincent) we can use Black Chocobo or WallMarket.
The NAMEMENU.MNU edits might not be nessessary if you replace their default name (in the kernel) and replace the texture used for their picture.

This means that we will need to change the original kernel file. I don't want to change original kernel.bin for now. I prefer small editor for namemenu.mnu file. Or we can open this file in Hex editor and change initial equipment of Cait Sith and Vincent manually. But it is inconvenient. And I think namemenu.mnu is the same for PSX PAL English and NTSC versions.

Who can make editor, that can change initial equipment of Cait Sith and Vincent for PSX PAL english version? Editor that can change in the NAMEMENU.MNU file: initial weapon, armor, accessory, initial materia in weapon and armor, AP in initial materia for Cait Sith and Vincent on the PSX.

Error message on start: "Makou_Reactor.exe is not Win32 program". Error in the version 1.7.0, but version 1.6.5 works. File makoureactor-1.7.0-win32.zip downloaded from github. ( OS Windows XP sp3 ).

In the version 1.9.82, Sephiroth's Masamune has only 5 slots, but in the game Masamune has 6 linked slots.
Version 1.9.90  has same mistake.

Can somebody create always run or run by default patch for PSX? I can only try to create such patch, but I don't have enough knowledge to make this patch.

I found that Cait Sith's and Vincent's Initial equipment is in the Namemenu.mnu file.

The only thing that I found, in the memory of the game, was address with value of sense 30,000, but when I change value of this address to 34,000 or 65535 (decimal) ,after this, I can sense any enemy in the game.
Also, I found that the time in the memory card save can't go higher than 255 hours.

How to decrease the size of Cait Sith in the battle on psx? I mean, I need Cait Sith size like in the small status condition, but without dealing 1 damage with normal attacks.

For 65535 - search for 32767  (the current Sense limit)  - and you'll find it eventually. It should also be 4 bytes and not two.

You mean I need to search for FF 7F 00 00 ?

For 999hr , search for 99 hr 59m 59s in seconds.

I need to search for 3F 7E 05 ?
Do you have any suggestions where they can be?

Nope.  This speed up is simply a custom change to the fps rate when a byte using a summon animation is active.

How to control Vincent when he turns into Chaos and perform Satan Slam?
I can control him (with cheating programs) and I can perform Berserk Dance attack when he turns into Galian Beast.

Nope.  This speed up is simply a custom change to the fps rate when a byte using a summon animation is active.  To achieve the same thing in PSX you would need to do something similar but recoding psx code.. and I have no idea where to begin with that.  I can only code for Windows.

If WhiteChoco crashes when you click on open file, then right click on the WhiteChoco.exe, click on the compatibility tab and choose in compatibility mode: Windows 2000 and click on the checbox: run the program in compatibility mode.

answering to my own question and for those, who wants to use white choco with PAL version of FF7.
 1) extract shopmenu.mnu file from CD PAL version of FF7 and open shopmenu.mnu file in hex editor.
 2) then delete addresses 4700 - 470B, must to be deleted 12 of "00" (double zeros)
 3) after this, file size of shopmenu.mnu must be 61 892 and this will allow to open PAL shopmenu.mnu in white choco
 4) open shopmenu.mnu in white choco, edit what you want in game shops and apply changes
 5) after this, open again shopmenu.mnu in hex editor and add (insert) addresses 4700 - 470B, must to be added 12 of "00" (double zeros)
 6) after this, file size of shopmenu.mnu must be 61 904 and then import shopmenu.mnu file to CD PAL version of FF7.
