The only purpose of playing the game is for competitive battles, really. There is no game that can match the deepness and complexity of a serious top-tier pokemon battle. Just look at all the factors, variables and planning that goes into just choosing and breeding/raising your pokemon (unless you use a generator).

As I said,
While I completely understand your semi-true point,

  • There are new mechanics and features added to make each game deeper
  • I enjoy the addition of new pokemon
  • It is still the deepest, most complex turn-based rpg to ever be created

The only thing is Sephiroth's wing is on the wrong side.  Oh and by the way will this support the switch I made to Cloud and Sephiroth switching places in battle?  I would love to use them if they do.

The back legs and tail look silly with just gradient. Do you plan on giving them a matching texture?
