Well... I can answer that for you!
I'm not sure what lengths other people go to to render midi files, but 'Render' in essense, is what we all are trying to do.
It all starts with the midi files, or the sheet music, which ever you run into first, or want to deal with. Midi is by far easier to get, you don't have to pay for it!
Then you find a program that will read the midi, that uses a sound base consisting of high quality samples that will replace the crappy midi sounds, for better sounding goodness. :love: but you have to get money for good ones... -_-

www.myriad-online.comIt's a nifty digital music making program, and it uses an alternate soundbase with many instrument recordings for any one instrument, to get the sound you want. If you play with it enough, you could fool anyone into believing your mp3 was an actual recording! And it's only 18$, not bad!
Literally the best program I've ever found that has to do with music!
