FF7 Camera Help

Hey everyone,

I'm remaking the slums from sector 7 in Blender and I have a hard time figuring out how to setup my camera for the main map below :

I had some success for simpler scenes, using fSpy, like the item shop, but there clearly is some type of distortion at play here.

So here I am after some hours trying to find out if some poor soul had the same problem, would really appreciate insights or tools I might have missed.

Have you tried compositing those objects? I don't know the workflow they used, but based on what I'm seeing I don't think the buildings were made in the same 3D scene. I think they're made individually and then composited in like photoshop or whatever they used.
