Cosmo problem, please help?
« on: 2005-11-03 23:22:05 »
I'm having problems opening the program. Everytime I open Cosmo, it opens off screen. As in, out of clicking range, so it's useless and I can't use the program at all. Is there a way to get it to open on screen? I tried cascading windoes in hopes that it will just rearrange itself on screen, but it didn't work.

Can someone do something like put a maximize button on it? I'm not very tech-savy.

I'm not using dual moniters. The most I see on my moniter settings is "Plug and Play moniter" and nothing else.

Please help me. I really want to use Cosmo.

Heh..  same thing happened to me... never looked around though... wasn't sure if that was a bug or maybe I was doing something stupid to make it happen. ^^;

Try Searching first.

open cosmo, it will open up off the screen. press alt+f, left, down to "move" and press enter. Then hit the left arrow key rapidly until it appears to the right side of your monitor.

Or you could possibly maximize it from the Windows Taks Manager.

or find ficedula.ini in your windows directory, find [COSMO] and edit numeric values after LEFT= and TOP=
That was Fice's solution as I remember...
