Title: Frames per seccond / FF8

Hello there, i allways have a eye on this forum for the awesome mods for ff8/7 games and i was wondering ( After a long search and find no result )

since the game menus runs at 60 fps and the exterior scenes ( Where the character walk ) Runs at 31-30fps and the combat scene runs at 16fps, there is a way to uncap those fps capped?, my idea is run the game at constant 60fps regardless the place

Sorry for my dull english ( Is not my native language )

Any tip or answer is welcome, thanks and regards

It has been done for FF7 but not FF8...

Kinda sad that can be made on ff7 but not in ff8
