7th Heaven / error downloading google drive - quota exceeded

hello,

anyone knows how to download the mods ?
been trying for days everday and even for 1 week but still whenever i want to download always gives me error "error downloading google drive - quota exceeded"
how can i download the mods especially the big size mods if downloading the small size like below 100mb are so hard.
please help if anyone knows ...
