Nah, it's largely been ignored. I may look at it sometime, but NFITC1 will know whether this is a battle script issue or whether it is a porting issue. I suspect with the sound effects cutting out - that part is a porting error.

Use Anxious Heart - it should have perfect music. The cloud revealed sequence is fixed in Reunion R05 and will require the latest Anxious Heart to work correctly.
It's nothing to do with the "speed". The NTSC and PC versions run at the exact same speed ~60fps. The mistiming is caused by a. A bug with music lock that I fixed. B. Faster fade ins with the PC port C. Incorrect music length.
I have corrected it to work correctly with faster fades by manually editing all the fields involved and fixing up numerous other issues.
