FF7 Tools / FFVII Map model

I just wasted around 7 hours trying to parse through old threads and dead links to get a working model ripped of the world map. I was able to open the map in Reeve (which I found after hours of searching) but I'm still unable to extract or convert the map into anything usable. Any hints/ideas for me?
