How do you get the ff9 randomizer working? More specifically with the moguri mod

Decided to get back into playing final fantasy games after seeing a youtuber playing both ff8 and ff9 while randomized. While following along with his own playthroughs i decided to try them for myself and had a ton of fun playing through ff8 randomized. However, i've now spent about 2-3 hours trying to get the ff9 randomizer working via the hades tool randomizer and im just flat out confused. I understand the basic guidelines for doing it without the moguri mod but the directions for using it alongside moguri seem to get more complex the more i read and if anyone is able to give a concise list of directions on how to actually set this up, i would appreciate it.
