The black screen during the Condor minigame bug is due to an incompatibility between the US ff7.exe and international versions of condor.lgp.
I'll compare the archives and determine which files are causing the issue.
Currently the only workaround is to avoid the Condor minigame entirely if you're using an international version of FF7.

EDIT:
Okay, I discovered the problem.  The texture file names differ for each version of the game.
I'll fix the texture file names, but there still might be an issue when running in PAL.

well, I thought to myself but to be honest.
flow problem of the texture and the incompatibility between the US ff7.exe and international versions of condor.lgp. of Condor minigame in 39 Bootleg?

when yes, dude I'm sorry for so much additional work.

came Bootleg this month out?:)

cant wait,u know i'm fired up for new version and the option for the german translate gamemenu/battletext.

btw how i cant fix tha problem with (8bit texture fail)? is there any plan for 39 Bootleg in assiation with Aali's Custom Graphics Driver?

I do not know why, but I will not get rid of the feeling that it not only with the PAL version is due.
Last but not least, it were be fine when Bootleg automatic  wich Version of Game recognizes that it has installed version and then install the appropriate Patch 1.2.

Greetings from Germany

Can someone tell me the file names for the Spanish and Italian versions?
I just assumed that substituting an S for Spanish and an I for Italian will work.

The ficedula tool is outdated but it will work just to give me the correct file names.
This is the current LGP tool:

ulgpGUI_v0.5_aio.7z                             Luksy           LGP Tool and GUI                        Qhimm FILE SOURCE

I really only need to know if the E is replaced with an S at the beginning of each file name in the above list.

You should have the MP/HP bars.
Disable 9999 limit breaker in ff7_opengl.cfg.
You can do this via Bootloader in the Configure window.

I already disabled it. First it was all glitchy, like in the screenshot on the last page, then I disabled it. Now it's not glitchy, but there are no HP and MP bars.

Oh I didn't know about that option, thanks!

Also, in the vicinity of wall market, graphics are a bit glitchy. First the black screen between zones freezes for 1-2 minutes. And some textures are missing (like the ground at some places), so it's just all black.

Oh and also, when I entered a battle it crashed. My crash.dmp is more than one giga and a half, so I can't show it anywhere, but the APP.LOG (the end of the file) gives:
Code: [Select]

Hmm, now that I relaunch the game, everything looks fine. Was it a memory problem? I guess it means it's going to happen everytime I play then.

Hell, i'm new to modding FF& s bare with me. The game runs pretty smooth. My only problem is that the HQ Aeris does not work properly. Her character model appears but all white without any texture. How can i fix this?

I don't have the text to add into that scene.
The setting exists in the Menu Overhaul installer.
I'm not sure if there is a way to disable the missing text once it is enabled.

Has anyone tested running Touphscript again with the option disabled?
Is Toupschript able to toggle the missing text on and off?

Hey PitBrat just noticed you was adding "FF7 Trainer 0.7.1 By Kranmer V2.zip" to your next release, just thought i should give you a recompiled version of it
http://www.mediafire.com/?e1notv8y6mv7n42
It was recompiled with a different compiler since the old version is detected as a virus on quite a few virus scanners here are the differences
V2
https://www.virustotal.com/file/80a92d28810eed94cd122dcd62c2f83f0f59fdb33e3ba730f002066aa7c30910/analysis/1340540205/

V3
https://www.virustotal.com/file/f21b942cca8749ab927d4909f5ab13ffca36824934317e416d82b256174b0a6d/analysis/1340539872/

Other then the fact less virus scanners detect it as a virus there is no change.
I really do need to rewrite this i am just having a hard time finding the time at the moment (i used to use cheatengine to make this but i no longer do so i will need to rewrite this in ASM at some point).

If anyone is interested in testing out the Bootleg 0039 RC1 version and providing me with a bug report, please PM me.
It's only a matter of days before I release the final version, but any help squashing bugs before then is greatly appreciated.

There are so many combinations of mods that's it's impossible for me to test everything.
I can't even predict the most used features.
I had no idea that the international installation and translation features would become so popular.
I have no way to test that at home, so I rely on y'all for feedback.

I wouldn't mind testing Bootleg RC1 but my dodgy vista system has a corrupt net. 2.0 which means i won't be able to even use Bootleg which requires Microsoft .net 2 after the official release until i have fixed this issue :/ at the moment after a month of trying to fix it still crashes :'(,

I have a full Bootleg installation and every time I fight Emerald weapon, the game crashes. I've tried Safe, default and HDR settings in the boot-loader without any luck.

It always happens after a while in the match, maybe after beating him? I'm not sure :)

I have a full Bootleg installation and every time I fight Emerald weapon, the game crashes. I've tried Safe, default and HDR settings in the boot-loader without any luck.

Hey CyberPirate,
I think your problem is your battle.lgp needs to be fixed by re-installing the Menu Overhaul Application. That should fix your problem. :-)

I already sent you a PM but wanted to sign up for testing the new version here as well! Count me in if you need help
