Sorry for the noob question, but I try 7th heaven since today only.
Is it possible to switch between Gjoerulv hardcore Mod, and NT Mod by sega chief with 7th Heaven if I want more or less difficulty in my game ?

well you catch switch between them but the save files won't match up and the flags the game looks for in the save file are quite likely to break things

Aye, Redman's right. The way it works is that the NT Mod uses a set of variables to handle new stuff that was added in. But more than that, Materia Slots, AP, EXP arcs, and equipment are different so you'll likely encounter a lot of problems from that. If you started on Hardcore, then you'll also have Triple AP weapons in your inventory early; I re-purposed Gatling Gun, Guard Stick, and Leather Glove into late-game weapons.

Hey there, just made the switch from the bottom of the BootLoader to the heights of the 7thHeaven and noticed something a little weird on the settings that I hadn't yet seen brought up.

As you may be able to see, the checkboxes at the bottom of the settings window are both cut off and obstructing (what I assume) are the "Cancel" and "Apply" buttons. That window cannot be re-sized and I can't scroll down on it so I can't really see what's going on down there. I'm running Windows 7 with a fresh install (uninstalled, tossed, registry key cleaned, CCCleaned). Anyways, not sure if it's something wrong on my end or just a small bug.

In the meantime, are those last two options in the checkboxes (the ones I can't see) automatically checked? Because they appear to be the recommended ones.

I've never seen it do that before.

Can you update to v1.41 and try changing your Windows screen resolution.

Temporarily changing the resolution did fix the problem. It may be because I'm using my TV as a monitor, so it's not a conventional screen.

Can someone help me? How am I supposed to download the mods? Cause 7th heaven sure as hell isint downloading anything

you need to be more specific about what you mean.

Do the mods show up on the catalog list?

Now to go the Catalog tab and click the Search button. It acts as a refresh button as well.

Update to my previous post: Once I updated to 1.41, that also changed the Settings box so that I could see all the options. So one problem, two solutions, everything is working fine.

Are you sure you have the latest version of 7H?

It looks like one of the IRO mods you downloaded is corrupt/incomplete, but, the latest should not crash if that happens I think.

I have a problem with 7th Heaven.

When i start a new game i have no sound on the station.
But more important: I can't get off the sation cause my first fight is not with the two soldiers.
I have to fight with Yuffie on my side and she attacks and kills me.

What can cause this problem?

Looks like another case of uncleaned registry keys. Have you used Bootleg in the past?

No idea how 7H handles those, but that's definitely a case of mismatched scene and kernel lookup table.
