Title: Fullscreen is really zoomed in?

I just got a new PC and i wanted to play some FF7 so i set up 7th heaven and everything went well until it started the game in fullscreen where i noticed that the screen was zoomed into the top right corner of the screen. I just don't know what to do to fix this problem.

This sounds like a to high dpi problem to me. Have you tried to change it.
