I've translated the page, and looked further into it, and it seems inconclusive to me ATM, maybe, maybe not....

Yep, he downloaded some mods and started selling them.

I'm actually not too surprised that someone would do that. I remember hearing about someone having burnt the Dead Fantasy series, and was selling it at cons. Finally someone else took pictures and reported him.

No one exactly "created" the mod indicated in the picture. It was simply just converted from the battle model to the field model. Therefore he didn't really steal anything.

I'm talking about the picture.

Well yeah but we're not also sure if they themselves were the ones who converted those since the programs needed to convert are found on these forums like Borde's kimera. So they did "steal" the copyright or they are like letting people download the mod which they have not done themselves.

the page did stated that he "collected the stuff from the Internet and make it easier to install on chinese translated patched game" or something like that so it isn't really claiming it is his own, but yeah there is no credit on original authors
