7thHeaven-v3.2.0.0_Release.exe unable to run

Hello,
After downloading the setup exe from the 7th Heaven website, I get this error message when attempting to run the program: "Runtime error (at 68:328): This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." I am unable to install 7th Heaven.  Any help is appreciated!

Did you install FF7 PC Steam?
