@Xelane, you should put the code tags to good use. It looks like it's not finding the files in menu_us.lgp. Make sure "direct" mode is turned off in the openGL config file and that menu_us.lgp is in the right place.
I just installed your patch and extracted all the files and then a text doc popped up. What am I supposed to do? Make all the lines in OpenGL look like the ones in the text box?
I thought it was kind of self-explanatory. That file contains all the options for the OpenGL configuration. So type in your settings, resolution, etc... If you still don't get it,
watch this tutorial.
Hi, I dont wanna download your whole mod you think you can upload just your PRP mod?
I need
Phoenix Rejuvenation Project field models (+flickering materia fix +transparent faces fix) The PRP mod out there doesnt have the fix. And I dont know how to fix it myself either you can upload it or give me instructions how to fix it. I'm familiar with lgp tools.
btw you should make so ppl can choose what to install with the installer.
No. It would be disrespectful of me to change up their mod slightly then redistribute it. I'm going to leave it up to the creators of the PRP to release a new version whenever they have the time. Moreover, if you want to have custom mods set up differently from how they are in the patch, learn to install them yourself. This patch is for people who don't want to have to go through the hassle. I may upgrade to a Nullsoft installer that allows for options at some point in the future, but until then, beggars can't be choosers.
If you want to fix the flickering materia, you're going to need to find the model for the materia skeleton in char.lgp (you can find out which files do what in the first sticky in Game Tweaking) open it up with "Kimera" then click the model, click remove from bone, then add the model to the bone again and save.
To fix the Transparent faces, open up every field character's head in Kimera, double click the model, then select it's face texture, then change the blending mode of the face under "Group Properties" to "None", then save.
