Biturn is both, it can view FF8 files and also the Warcraft 3 files as jamesyfx said.

yoghurt: tell me when does it crash. Is it on the start of program, or when you try to convert something ? Also try to download other version, for example Biturn 0.86a1, if the result is the same.

I think I meet the same trouble.

Program will crash every time I double click on it. Before main window appear.(Version 0.85-0.86)

When I try version before 0.85(Not include 0.85), Crash will happen when I was selecting a folder from the tree view.(Just after I double click a driver's name)

I use Chinese version Windows XP (In Chinese version, One character will cost 2bytes space, same as Japanese character. Is this the problem?).
