Best MODS without 7th Heaven

I cannot get 7th Heaven to work for me, no matter how hard I try, countless tutorials, etc. I think it is something with my Windows 11 and mounting, for some reason or another I just cannot get it to work.

So is there a good mods for character models, 60fps, or other such that don't require 7th Heaven?
