Hello. I am relatively new to 7th Heaven and was excited with the new update to 2.2. I have been playing the game for about 24 hours now, and just got past Aerith's murder in the storyline.   I downloaded it and while trying to install it I got the following message;

Oops! Something very bad happened.

Wrote emergency save to save/crash.ff7 dir.

Please provide a copy of those files along with FFNx.log when reporting this error at https://github.com/julianxhokaxhiu/FFn/issues.

I have not done this yet as I do not know where to find the requested files.

Next I uninstalled and redownloaded the updated version of 7th Heaven and tried to reinstall it. This was the result.

C:\7th Heaven\Resources\FFDisc1.ISO

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file
Deletefile failed; code 32.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

I play the game on my Windows 10 PC, and my copy of the game was bought from Steam. I am a computer noob.  I have uninstalled FF7 and reinstalled, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled 7th Heaven.  As a side note, while I was playing FF7 via 7th heaven before, I would occasionally have crashes to desktop, but I couldn't figure out what was causing it. It seemed to happen randomly.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do next?  Thanks very much!!
