Support / ff7/phantasy star 4 crossover

I asked over in general where to be directed and was directed here to graphics, I want to make a game with RPG maker and cutscenes are rather a cool thing for any game to have... but rather then video cutscenes that are too hard for my brain to comprehend, I instead thought back to phantasy star 4 > https://www.spriters-resource.com/genesis_32x_scd/ps4/sheet/23723/ <what I am hoping is that someone will be able to help do like a facelift sorta thing, like giving each picture of Chaz clouds face if that makes sense... if its too much work then I understand... I know it's ambitious but the game I wanna make is a gift for a friend and I would like for it to be nice but again if its too much work I do understand... thank you in advance for even taking the time to read

Hello all... I'm new here so trying to learn my bearings... I am trying to make a project of my own, but I can't do the photoshopping that I would like... and I was suggested this page by a friend, said that if someones did something I should ask and maybe be led in the right direction? any help would be appreciated please and thank you
