For those of you with Excel and/or a penchant for buggery, I present a project I am working on with the aid of Halkun's Gears doc.

It's an Excel Document that you plug values into and it computes the damage of an attack under those circumstances.

I don't know any of the BD formulas, and I don't know that it's completely accurate, but I woul dlike some feedback if any of you have the time. The file is here: http://members.aol.com/shiromesa/ff7_damage_calc.xls

Thanks!

That doesn't work. Go to http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/game/20052.html and scroll down.

In any case, That document is virtually identical to the part of gears I read. It may even be copied from T Furgeson's doc.

What I could use more is the formulas mentioned as before damage formulas. THose aren't inany doc I've found yer.
