FF7 Text Editing Help PLEASE

Hello, im having one question in my head that doesnt let me sleep, hm, can be Translated the enemy names and the enemy attacks and all that stuff of enemy battle texts? if someone know about any programm that let edit those texts please teach me how pleaaaaaaaaseee!!^^ I have a FF7 "remake" project and i was wondering too if can be loaded the characters portrait images on the dialogue screens or something like that, im retranslating the game into spanish (well, the original-offcial translating was a really shit maybe u guys know that hmmm) so if someone of you guys have any knowledge about that (i think u have U.U and i hope u can  help me and "teach" me how to do those things) im gonna be so happy and so, i say thanks from now n.n thankyouu guyss^^

Yes (im not a kid¬¬ well, maybe in Programming Stuff YES lol) im using those programs but i need one that allows me to edit the name of monsters and their attacks and all that battle stuff, and well i was in a search for the Omega program (i need it so much U.U) but all links are broken i think (or something). Thank you but i need more help pleaase^^

Postdata: Well i need something to read the kernel.bin file, so if someone know how to do that please tell it to me, Thank You^^

And well, i was searching in these forums so, i found something  to edit all these monsters stuff but now i wonder if is possible edit the menus texts  it will be so great to me, and of course THANK YOU ALL and thanks you to all the forum and the team ^^  you Masters rocks!! n.n 

  im wondering too if is posible to  put the chasacters images portrait to the dialog screens (this can be fantastic right?)

EDIT: Well, but Biturn doesnt return the files to FF7 format right? i saw that in the whimm' wiki page so ...hmm? i wonder if that can REALLY be the program that i need

Menu Text is inside FF7.exe.
It's in FFText format.

Ooookay^^ now i know how to see those texts but is still so strange for me to editing that hexadecimal "things", well im gonna make experiments and if i have more questions and i cant find anything out i will ask for knowledge here (this is the good form to do it right?^^)


EDIT: One thing, when i "edit" the hexadecimal code and I save it, then i go to play and it say its not a Win32 app, so, cant I edit the Texts inside ff7.exe? or what im I doing bad? Im doing bad something right? Oh, my head is gonna explode, i dont know how to play with the edited ff7.exe
