100% steal rate in ff7 new threat

So having played through ff7 so many times I really just want to increase steal rate to 100% chance just so I don't have to spend a long time through the whole game just stealing. I'm using the new threat 2.0 mod if that makes any difference.

Any help is appreciated thank you.

you could use proudclod to adjust the steal rates. however several enemies have more than 1 available steal, although you can only steal once per enemy per battle. please bear that in mind.  something worth considering is to ensure that the sneak glove is equipped which increases steal rates dramatically.
