I've never heard of it (if you mean the patch).
Those changes are pretty damn sweet if you ask me. Kinda "fixes" the game. the most annoying things were those random treasures, and that you had to wait a long time to use most gambits (and Vaan of course).
Now all I need is a copy of zod job system.

Its old?? Hmm.. I haven't heard of it and actally I don't own an international version of FFXII. Well maybe I'll buy it now because of this patch. Thanks

Uhhh the patch started development in October 09, and has only more recently developed to the point where it is a perfect translation.
Also, it hasn't been mentioned on these forums before.

Also this should go without saying, but just to make sure you realise, you will need a modified PS2 (or use PCSX2) to play the resulting iso.

I played it on the latest PCSX2 beta instead of my PS2 because it looks amazing in HD. You need a decent PC though.
