Ending the heat problems
I have a case fan in the front pulling air in, and one in the back spittin' it out.  I'm pretty sure removing the case on my box disrupts the air flow (not totally sure, because I've never tested it).

The last time I checked my temperature after the comp was running awhile  (which was back when I had my old mother board . . . too bad my new one doesn't have a Win2K/XP utility for checking the temp in Windows) it was fairly cool.  I believe the CPU was around 96 F, and the case was around 74 F.

Ok, I've got my Coolercase. It's very noisy. It has 2 90mm outtake fans on top, 2 90mm outtake fans on the side, 1 90mm intake at the front, the 300W PSU intaking, another 90mm outtake on the back. I think they're 90mm, maybe 120mm, I'll measure now... Yup 90mm. My comp's (now running at the normal speed of 1.467ghz) average temps are now:
CPU: ~47oC (PC Alert III) ~42oC (SiSoft Sandra 2001te)
Case: ~30oC (PC Alert III) ~32oC (SiSoft Sandra 2001te)

I guess it's alright, It is in a wood cubby hole under my desk. And my CPU fan isn't anything special.
Thanks for all your help.

Here are my temps.

Case Open
Processor Temp : 43 degrees idle / 51 degrees(highest)
System Temp : 29 degrees idle / 31 degrees (highest)

Case Closed
Processor Temp : 49 degrees idle / 56 degrees(highest)
System Temp : 32 degrees idle / 35 degrees (highest)

Here's a picture of the inside of my system. ;)
http://www.arcticnetwork.net/nextff/zhenjock/mycasing.jpg

As you can see, there is absolutely no place to fit anything else in my casing. It's ridiculously crowded in there, so airflow is next to nothing.
That's the main reason why all the fans in my system are running at 24 Volts. And trust me, you really don't want to leave my casing open, the moment I open it the whole house can hear the annoying sound. Even when it's closed, it's very very annoying.

I know for sure my problem is a casing airflow problem since I tried removing all the hard drives and cables before. Temperatures drop by more than 5 degrees. Can't do much about room temp though, it's fairly hot in my country, so it's a minimum of 30 degrees. I'm thinking of getting myself a new casing, maybe an aluminium Lian Li or Coolermaster one soon, but I'm really short on cash at the moment.

Flashy fan on your CPU. I see your Northbridge has got a fan on it, mine's just got a heatsink with the the words "MSI DDR" on it. When my Dad sorts his digicam out, I'll get a pic of mine.

**listens to case** A cable is touching a fan. Damnit, can't be arsed to open it again...

damn saint. how much memory does your cpu have. thoes fans are space hogs. are they sitting on the pci card that are installed or are they taking up 3 slots them selves? 300wat power supply is the 3rd noisiest thing in there. speaking of loud, you should hear my 3 year old 16.5gig scsi. that thing is so f***ing loud it's not funny. hmmm i need to install my new memory. off to do that!!!

Jari & Saint: They sell cables that have their wires pre-split, and wrapped into a round cord that's probably about 1/4 of an inch in diameter at most, that can replace all those wires. They sell them at my local "Fry's Electronics". I'm planning to go buy some for myself soon.

If I get some time later, I'll see about find a place you can buy them online. They GOTTA be space savers, and god knows, it could help your airflow Saint.

I'll take a pict of some of my systems with my dad's DV camera later. (Damn it needs a better resolution. It can only handle 640x480, max. Course, it's a Digital Video camera, not a Digital Camera...)

I think they already know that, Seph3d :) I was talking to SaiNt a while ago about this, and if you look at that pic, you'll see he's already split his wires to do that. Round IDE cables cost more (and some people have trouble running them at high speeds, too).

For those who know my new case, the Coolermaster Tornado, would I benefit from a better circulation if I reversed the two top fans to intake? Then the air will have a nice flow, course blowing on wood but it feels cold enough.

Today has been hecktic! I got an Audigy Player, Windows XP Pro, and Creative Digital Theater 5.1 DTT2200. I'm going to download mt GeForce2Pro  XP drivers, Audigy drivers, get updates for Black ICE Defender, Norton AV, and AOL IM.
Well, my case does have a exsaust blower next to my GeForce2. Would it make more sense to make the fans on the side as intakes? There's a link to the pic somewhere on this topic.

That's it! I'm never trusting the guy who got me XP Pro. Missing files again. Format. Back to 98. Just thought you'd wanna know.

Thanks for the advice.
Jari H: Yeah that's what I thought about the PSU, why shove hot air into the case? Yeah I'll change the side fans around.
I don't have a lucky charm to open up my PSU, can't afford to lose a PSU. Plus, I've felt 240V before, dodgy TV Tuner on my V3 3000.
WinXP: My Dad's mate burned it for me, he has one of those old-skool burners wiht no buffer under-run.
