Hold that thought. The driver may be able to sort out this grainyness issue.

Anisotropic filtering or mipmaps maybe?

Would it be possible to have some screenshots of the original and reworked areas side by side?
It would be nice for a direct comparison without having to run the game and play it.

Looks like the textures are too high-res for my 720p monitor (they look too busy and grainy, if you know what I mean).

Hmmm, a LowRes version is needed....

WMRP uses a modyfied world_us.lgp.  You can copy the vanilla world_us.lgp from the disk and that the bugs will dissapear.

Also a question, is it possible to texture the dust / water kick-ups from vehicles and chocobos?
Especially wondering about the water kick-up from the airship, it just looks like flying pixels lol.

Hmmm, there is one image that has a lot of worldmap effects in it. So it's possible to make a HiRes of the effects.

Quick mod question, did you intend this to be used WITH the WMRP? Because when I try it without any of the unfinished textures just become some random transparent lined texture that changes while I play.

Hmmm, I used a vanilla version of the game, so I don't know how it will react with WMRP=/ Can you post a screen of the bug?

Thanx for the feedback. I'll correct it, but dunno about the waterfall - it's an annoying texture, will try to experiment with it.

Bad news: What an unlucky weekend.... My windows was corrupted by a virus, I reinstaled it, but now I don't have photoshop and Aali's driver displays white textures cause of the new nvidea drivers (praying that he fixes it soon) T_T

Good news: Releasing an alpha version of the WME project. Beta will be out when I finish all the ground textures. Only towns will be left for the last.

Just an FYI, the latest 270.51 beta drivers from NVIDIA cause problems for your driver.
(I know they are beta, but thought it may be worth mentioning)

I think the black holes in meteor must be blue  :evil:

So everything black (including the universe and the meteor) that is outside our atmosphere will be blue. Like the moon when it's daylight  ;D

Yes the meteor by Timu Sumisu is really great (surprising ?! I don't think so :P), but I think Felix_Leonheart did not see his comment earlier ^^ Seems like Timu Sumisu was proposing his meteor on this comment ... good idea ! No ? :P I don't really think that it's need any modification, men just remember the original one ^^

Yeah, just watched the meteor in the videos=( I think I got the main idea, but it needs exp and some new brushes.... Now let's see if some photoshop tutorials will help^^
