FF7 No Sound

Starting a new game I have no music during the entire intro, no sound effects either in field or in battle.
Below is the order I have my mod list, for details I'm using Hardcore + Beacause, OST Remastered + New SoundFX.

Miscellaneous - Dynamic Cloud Weapons
Miscellaneous - Team Avalanche Fields

have you opened ff7config and selected a sound device?

Yea I did, I just did it again, but now the game won't even open.....

that would indicate a problem with your config... can you post your app.log from the install folder .. its alot more useful then a random list of mods you installed.

edit:: also if you have not try reading some of the posts in this section as they may have a simlar problem to yours

I decided to just reinstall FF7, right now I've downloaded all my mods again except Spell Textures, which keeps freezing right before its finished, and 7th heaven crashes when I try to cancel it. This is what it said......

unfortunately that means nothing to me.. hopefully someone who knows about 7th heaven can jump in and help you with that

All depending what device you put for receiving the sound. If you're using headphone or where at the time and selected that and trying to use speakers now, or vice versa, it will only work on the default choice you selected in the beginning of the converter. Just run the converter once more and select another audio device.
