[FF7 Steam] Tifarith Mod
Superbledur:
Thanks to Annie~'s meticulous tests, mod compatibilities has been a bit revamped :
-Now compatible with Ninostyle battle, except for Enemies sprites, instead of banishing Ninostyle battle entirely.
-Forced ESUI Stock dialog box, because ESUI does not fit some dialogs boxes.
-Cosmo Limit Break messes up some fields when lower than Tifarith, thus forcing it to be ahead
She also suggested to put Characters's specials memo ingame. Don't know exactly where to put it. Maybe Junon, maybe Highwind but finally, I think that's more convenient to put them directly here (see first post). While in it, decided also to put some of their statistical information.
V2.11 ingame is no different than 2.1 though, it's just updated mod compatibilities.
Right now working on a Casual Mod too, should come not too late (maybe at early January).

looks like theres a glitch in the corel huge materia section in 2.11? the scene where cid goes into the mako reactor to ride the 2nd train never triggers which makes it impossible to continue the game. i had other mods and turned them off and only had tifarith 2.0 on and it still doesnt trigger.

Hello,
Thanks for playing this mod and for the report. Very surprising, tested this scene numerous times and didn't happened and did not modify this scene either, but I'll take a closer look quickly despite being quite busy presently because game-blocking is not acceptable. Meanwhile, you can turn off Tifarith just for the scene and reactivate it later. I'll sure make a quick update if I find something.
Edit : Guess I found that somewhat (but not 100% sure), it may have a link with Barret. Remove him from your team for this scene, I'll see more in details what could it be.
Edit 2 : Surprisingly, it seems to work when you take Barret with Red XIII (and only him), you can also try this one. Very weird.
Edit 3 (last I hope) : Just proposed a new version on 7th Heaven Catalog. Should be available soon. In addition of the Barret/Corel glitch correction, I also corrected problems discovered by Annie~, sj642 and Fanatical Silo (see the first post for the changes).

Well, promise is promise. A bit late though but Tifarith Casual 2.0 is now available!
As usual, it is exactly the same story/equipment/materias modifications as Tifarith 2.0 except that bosses and monster are far less punishing : hit less hard, with less status effects and, especially at the endgame, have less HP. Bosses are often slower too, leaving you more time to breath. Thus, strategies are still here but way more rooms for errors. You can switch from normal Tifarith 2.0 to Casual 2.0 ingame if you find a boss too nerve breaking.
No direct installer for now as most people use 7th Heaven but if you want it, let me know.
