Shinra Arch vs Echo S 7 comparisons

Hello,
I want to replay the OG FF7 and I can't seem to find comparisons between the two fan retranslations mods of Shinra Archaeology mod and the VA included Echo S mod.
I'm not interested in the New Threat mod as I want to keep my replay similar to vanilla.
Has anyone tried a playthrough with both mods?
I'm concerned about "authenticity" of translations. I understand English and Japanese aren't 1:1 translatable so some liberties must be taken, but I don't want any BS where, for example, Yuffie says "sus" instead of suspicious.

I’ve tried both — Shinra Archaeology aims for a closer, more literal take on the JP script, while Echo-S feels smoother and more modern in phrasing (plus the VA if you want that). If you’re after authenticity, Shinra Archaeology is probably the safer bet, but Echo-S is still respectful and not “meme-y.”

Echo S takes a lot of very self-indulgent liberties.
