Art In FF7

After starting FF7 for yet another play through i noticed somthing i have never seen the last 10 somthing times iv gone through the game, I found it in Rocket Town Inn and was so suprised i thought id make a post about it here. Hanging on the wall to the left of the entrance is a blurry pixalated painting of Mona Lisa

Been wondering if anyone else has seen this before.

Thats the one..allthough i found it on the psx version and was nowhere near as clear as that

Something to look at....
I wondered if it really is the mona lisa... so I took a look into ultima omega, and I noticed something different... Mona lisa has no hand as shown in the bottom part...

ultima showed a different image, which is actually the mona lisa.

The top part is the actual image as shown within the game...
The other one seems to come from the int-bonus disc.
the other images also seems to be changed
