SpeedHack not working?

So I just did a fresh install of FF7 without me touching any of the files.

I get this:

The game launches with all the other mods active still but I get this error every single time speedhack is activated too.

Do I need the reunion mod installed too?

I apologize for my lack of knowledge here.

It's failing on launching the speed hack, which means your OS has blocked it. Probably anti-virus thinking it is a bad program (but that's a false positive). That's not uncommon with Cheat Engine based hacks. You should temp disable your A/V or add the speed hack program or 7h folder to a whitelist or list of exceptions.
