Great show all round for the 3 main consoles.
I'd rate MS a little bit higher than Sony for MS actually focusing entirely on games and giving Kinect only a slight mention which is what we wanted.
Sony however took a leaf out of the Microsoft book on E3 Press Shows and talked about TV and technology, this loses you points when you're talking to an audience that only cares about games, it was also about 2 hours, if they'd cut out some of the mulltiplatform stuff we've known about for weeks it'd be on par with the 90 minute average.
Ninty gets a solid 3rd but most of it is coming at some point next year, you need games NOW Nintendo, not 6 months from now, even Smash Bros 3DS seems to be coming later than previously detailed, October sure as shit ain't summer.
EA and Ubisoft joint lose, EA for SPORTS, SPORTS, SPORTS, now showing enough of Battlefront for anyone to to get hyped for other than 5 seconds of speeder bike footage, oh and more god damn sports games you already played last year and this year they look a tiny bit better and they updated the still outdated team rosters, Ubisoft for having some of the least enthusiastic devs ever and Aisha Tyler being super awkward for the third year running #ladyboners #ladyboners #ladyboners #ladyboners.
Oh, Sony also lose points for failing yet again to prove that The Last Guardian is actually in active development instead of stringing all the SotC and ICO fans along with their pubic hairs.
And since Sega just announced a new Phantasy Star game, that pretty much means that the western release of PSO2 is now not gonna appear 2+ years after it was announced and very quickly delayed a few months before launch.
