fresh install the game is in english. however after installing and running through 7th heaven once ingame the items and magic probably some other stuff are all in french. googled to no avail. switched languages in steam from english and back to english. made sure 7th heaven is set to english.
Im stumped. i remember it being english the last time i played but reinstalled everything and anytime i i launch through 7th heaven or have used 7th heaven on the current install it becomes french and stays french even if i dont launch through 7th heaven. i have to completely uninstall and launch without going through 7th heaven even once.
any insight would be great or ideas. thanks somuch for this whole forum, it is nostalgia

for anyone who googled and it led here with a similar or same problem.

Think that the kernal or something was somehow in french after installing the latest 7th heaven. seems like an isolated thing
