I need a save to get there as it will save me a lot of time - do you have one? 

BTW I'm removing the "end of part 1/2" etc stuff. No longer needed with R06.  It will flow into next field now as it always should have [and in light of what they've done these days with FF7 and parts I find it distasteful] but still give you option of saving if there's no save point close by after the end.

Hi everyone, i´m triying to expand the size of kernel.bin like Bosola did, but this time is for the spanish version. I need CDprog to insert new files in a ISO image.
Anyone have this program and can share it with me? Or, you recommend other utility?

never tried kernel.bin expansion but, to extract psx file, i've used the old cdmage https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1435/

cannot replicate.  Need save and how are you getting icon to end up there?

when the commander says march and you need to go in formation you can enable the hand over the cloud head (only in this moment, never tried when you are in formation). When the screen fades to black cloud can still move freely and if you go to the position of the assistant director box you can see the hand... a disable character movement in this moment should fix the problem

never seen.. i've only watched the field script and the dumped text. Maybe is wrong the if condition?

in md5_w there is this dialogue box when game moment is 1008  :-o

it's normal.  it's there without reunion.  why is that a bug?
Only because i was thinking that reunion removed every submenu boxes in the corner.

I personally think that the reform box is, if not intended, at least looks right in comparison to save box after end of disk.

Before the final battle with Sephiroth, when you need to create 3 battle group, the PHS has the submenu box (in this case it's not disturbing like the save submenu box)

Is there an english version of this GUI available?
this mod uses stock reunion GUI or satsuki HD menu translated in italian (from french)... for english i think you can ask satsuki if he has a link

at the end of the disk 1 (or part) if you go to the save menu the submenu "save" box reappears. Is it right?

Can you show me what your magic folder looks like? Is there an "ff7" subfolder in there, and are you getting all textures to load correctly with Reunion? I had to move all of the seteffect files directly into the battle folder to get them to work with Reunion, which isn't the original structure from the iro files.
it's right. With one of the latest update in reunion the seffect* and rain* go to battle folder. Inside texture\magic shouldbe  a ff7 folder and other pngs without folder (the first is 005_00.png)

By the way DLPB, SegaChief created a field code (for my translation port) to change cloud model when crossdressing: it checks what wig are you using and load a specific model. Are you interested in adding it in a future reunion version? you can ask him or i can give you the code in Pm to see the modification

and another little question (hopefully the last): inside new_translation\texture is it possible to add a magic folder? will it be read? or instead move file to global folder (they're italian magic translation)

my friend reported me this glitch with field texture hd (inside global folder): the hand and triangle indicator disappear and they are replaced with some weird texture. The appearance is random after some time of play
already tried with keep aspect ratio on/off like suggested in this old thread http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=17824.5

how funny...  though no idea how thats happened.  Def no custom mods?
only field texture hd... the problem is model overhaul: opening with kimera model overhaul\world\cqc.hrc instead of a ruby weapon model there is a glitchy emerald
also i forgot to say that it's also missing the red tentacle on the sand when approaching ruby

opening cqc.hrc with notepad there are reference in emerald model and :SKELETON e_weap_sk instead of r_weap_sk

with notepad++ create a file cqc.hrc, paste the text of the link and overwrite model overhaul\world\cqc.hrc

Ciao usb, vorrei chiederti se è possibile prendere le immagini .png del layout del controller xbox one in modo da inserirli direttamente nella cartella texture/menu in New_Translation. Perchè ho qualche problema a far funzionare il layout del controller xbox one. Infatti, quando vado in opzioni/controlli->personalizzata, nonostante abbia applicato il file "Xbox One graphic texture in game", continua a visualizzarmi i pulsanti del controller playstation. Come potrei fare per far funzionare le texture del controller xbox one correttamente nel menu e nei dialoghi?
Se usi un font HD questo sovrascriverà completamente i caratteri Xbox. Quando avrò tempo farò anche il font HD Xbox... Per ora l'unico modo è cancellare dalla cartella texture/menu tutti i file usfont*

update: messo link ad una versione iniziale per xbox (mancano i font dei menu)

I am running the game in English so no worries there.

Unfortunately, upon adding a separate folder and line for "avatar" (screenshots of my file explorer: https://imgur.com/a/b4rTmJj ) not only did the avatars fail to update, but the rest of Satsuki's upscale ceased to render at all. So I was suddenly playing with neither Satsuki update.

I took a look at your other message, as linked, and was unable to find this particular problem discussed, so I figured I'd just respond directly and ask if you had any idea why this might be.

i really don't know if it is possible to add 2 mod id entries. Have you tried to use in mod_id your field hd texture and put avatar upscaled in global\texture ? make shure that in your custom folder there aren't png with the same avatar name
I don't know your problem because doesn't appear from my side

but in your image mod_id is satsukis... so the avatar/hd texture goes in CUSTOM\satsukis\Texture

this is a weird bug that appears in blin63_1: in the "doors minigame" if you continue to select "Better not" (or no in original game) when asked to open a door sometimes the same question text will popup again and again without having pressed action button on the door. I really can't understand how this bug is triggered (for a test i've pressed better again more than 20/40 times)

Tested with new translation on and off: it appears in both cases
