7th Heaven / Issues with mod manager.

I have some issues with the mod manager.
It crashes on its own. In the beginning it worked perfectly but then it just crashed:(
Even if I delete the folder and unpack it anew, the error stays.

I made a screenshot but I don#t know how to upload it.
Can someone contact me here or on discord (neptune00 #2772)

I wish someone would make a character model switcher for FFx or FFX-2.
To replace Tidus with YUna or Rikku. And to control them out of battle. Would also like to walk around as Rikku in FFX-2. We play as Rikku in FFX-2 in the beginning so the animations should be there.
I was able to swap the character model in FFX-2. It worked, I could move but my character was in T-Stance. I guess the aproppriate animations were missing. At least that is what I assume. I have no clue how to connect the animation file with the model.
WOuld love if someone makes a mod where we control Rikku in FFX-2:)

Hello everyone,
hopefully I am in the right topic. I don't know where else to ask.
I am quite new to modding.
Can anyone please help me, instruct me or share a tutorial on how to modify files in Final Fantasy 8 Remaster with the deling editor?
Please help me out. I would be forever thankful.
Also, I know this questions doesen't fit in here, but does anyone know if it is possible to swap or edit models for FFX HD? For example swap swap tidus for yuna, so you can walk around as yuna?
