Title: What do I need to make these criterias work?

I aim to play the 1998 version of FFVII (Steam version would work, in a pinch) with the following mods, with the mods listed in most important to less important.
Preferably with 7th Heaven.

• New Threat Mod (v2.0.94)
• ReMako mod (or something very similar that enhances the background like ReMako does)
• 60fps mod (Battle, Field and World in that order of importance)
• Field, Battle and World ninomodels (Main chars prioritized)
• Some sort of arranged or symphonic music

I've spent about 2h now back and forth on both Google, Youtube and searching forums and I've read stuff about being screwed with the new FFnx, needing to wait for RO6 (ReUnion6?), not gonna be able to use above listed collection mods in 7th Heaven etc etc and etc.
I've also, of course, tried for about 1.5h to get it all to work in latest version of 7th Heaven.

Am I screwed, or does any friendly soul got some suggestions or even sollutions? :)
Maybe using older versions of mods, skipping 7th Heaven?
