Gameplay / Anyone have a playable Sephiroth Patch?

Hey all, Im looking to see if anyone out on the forum has a working sephiroth cloud swap patch? I think it would be a fun idea to play the game that way, however all versions I have found have either been discontinued or don't work. I'm hoping some of you modding gods have what I seek.
