try with the keyboard shorcut, it may be related to your gamepad (some gamepad use the same axis for l2 and r2 so you can't realy use l2+r2)

...One issue; the speed hack controller shortcut (L2+R2+Left/Right) doesn't seem to work for me? It's worth noting all other controller shortcuts listed work just fine and as intended. Any ideas?  :-\
If you are using 60 fps mode + vsync enabled, and if you have a 60 fps display, the speedhack will be invisible because capped at 60hz
Do you have any speedhack message enable/disable onscreen when you use the shortcuts ?

I wich i own a steam deck so i can test it and found a way to use my AIO pack with it (to much money for me ATM).

5.61 update available
-Updated FFNx (lots of optimisation for 60 fps, HDR FMV corrected).
-Updated Cosmo Memory (added worldmap footsteps).
-Updated 60 fps fields animation for modern 3D model.
-Added some flevel script correction for 60 fps mode.
-Corrected the alway run option for the french exe.

@All, field's iro updated (you need lastest 7th canary and lastest FFNx canary), it's faster OOB than previous version, and you can choose different level for fields animation depending on your computer's power

option 1 : try yourself and you'll see ^^
option 2 : SYW is simply better in all ways (more consistant, bug free (ATM no reported), have fields animations...)

try without the 60 fps fmv please and let me know (it can appen on 30 fps fmv too, it'll be solved in next update with FFNx updated)

in the steams's ff7 folder ("save" subfolder) for exemple for me it's "C:\Jeux\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VII\save"

launch ff7, go in options, change the controls then save game (realy important or the controls changes won't be saved)

if you use my pack only (no gameplay mod) the steam's achivement are safe to use, it's managed by the FFNx driver ^^

dx9 is expérimental, ogl il only for very old gpu witch don't work with other rendered (with my 3070ti opengl was working until i upgraded the nv driver so it's more gpu driver related than ffnx related to my mind) there's no benefits to use ogl if your gpu is fine with dx11 ^^

Lots of ^^

All ff7 specific tools to extract textures, extract fmv from psx cd, unpack/repack lgp, edits some of the scripts (for 3d models)...

To do the upscaling it's mostly based on esrgan with specifics AI model and mix several results with gimp to get the best of each AI model + manual correction (mostly signs done by Aavock) and looooots of ingame test to hunt for texture bugs and do manual correction.

It's not an "oneclicktooltodoallthejob" it was a complex and (very) long work to get this v5 textures and the AIO pack as it is now

NEW AIO version available !

Changelog 5.60 FULL ! You need to do a full install ! (Backup your save files and uninstall previous version before installing)

60 fps isn't inclued ATM you'll need to wait for the next release of the pack.
Curent version is based on 1998 version, so steam option have been removed, if the ps5 controler isn't reconised, it's probably because it's not reconised by FFNx too

This software needs to be updated to be able to process fields advanced animations (with FFNx).
It also need to be updated for processing of about 10 fields and make some manual correction automatic.
As i don't have the time to update it, here's the source code : http://yatoshicom.free.fr/4xcutV5.7z.

I'm not providing the exe because it MUST be fixed-updated to be able to provide a good result OOB for all fields (ATM 95% of the job is automated but the 5% remaining need to be tweaked, and a full ingame check too to be sure)

Feel free to use and share it without any restriction, but if you use it PLEASE do a full gamethrought for bug hunting and correction before doing any fields release, i don't wan't another "bugged never fixed" fields pack  :-\

Incredible work on this mod!
A quick question about the PSX buttons in the dialogue, is that an option to enable some how with your mod?
the only way I have been successful is by using ESUI and the controller addon with 7th heaven

achievements will be in next release, not so far away, i'm just waiting 60 fps will be stable enought to play the full game without crash (should be realy soon)

Updated Field's iro to get the lastest optimisation with FFNx (fields animation take much less power)
Updated 30 fps FMV iro, now all FMV iro are using 30 fps (2 was missing before)

FFNX 1.10.1.132+ required !

where is the 60 fps patch (Obesebear, Kaldarasha, Vertex2995, and quantumpencil)?
Will be intégrated in the AIO pack in some days, i'm doing a modification of fields animations to lower the power needed by this option thanks to a new FFNx option, then i'll do some test and push a new version (i'll update the iro too).

long story short SYW is better.
But feel free to try yourself, it's the best way to make your opinion and check for details ^^

You're talking about BGFX right? Shouldn't this problem be solved there?
I looked at https://github.com/bkaradzic/bgfx/issues and couldn't find any issue specific to AMD drivers.

And I wasn't talking about just commercial games. I have used dozens of open-source engines for different games and never encountered this specific issue that seems to be exclusive to FFNx.
If you think so ask FFNx's devel and you'll get the correct answer ^^

I don't think so. Many other games, with different renderers (OpenGL, Vulkan, DX9, DX10, DX11), all work without that issue. Only with FFNx I see a blinking black screen.
Beacause it's using specfic grahical lib witch are not used by commercial games, and as AMD don't case about fixing those functions .... if you read on the discords channel you'll see that it's even depending on AMD/ATI driver version ^^'
As the same functions/libs are used and working great with intel and nvidia .... it's 100% amd/ati related ^^
