Only the last one isn't downloadable (at least for me), but that's due to the link being tampered.

I've come to the conclusion that it just hates me. ... Right click > Save file as... > Save it to where ever ... Then after a few seconds of trying to 'start' the download Firefox tells me the download can't continue because the source file could not be read. ... Tried it through IE as well; it does about the same thing. x_x;

I guess I should throw in my two cents now and say that the YAMP MDef bug fix is located here:

http://files.filefront.com/MDef+YAMPrar/;13017615;/fileinfo.html

sweet thanks, ok ignore my last post :)

@dziugo

I use GYPT and works very well. My suggestion is that can you make GYPT or a version of it not require you to press CTRL+D to turn the lights on.
CTRL+D works fine and I even tried pressing it even when there's no Blackout. So those who doesn't know that you still have to press CTRL+D won't need to be told.
Since it doesn't affect the game anyway. It will seem more like a No more lights out fix. :-D

Wow, how simple is that? I won't be making any new version anytime soon, though...

ummm it's ok now Aali's OpenGL Driver doesn't turn off the lights and even show the guards and not cut of the sound of the opening video.

After researching quite a little I've finally found an Always Run patch so Final Fantasy VII is not so frustrating when running around.
Tho this patch has a problem when, for example trying to sneak from Aeris house.

So is there no way to make it work differently? Like instead of inverting the whole thing (space pressed to walk) isn't it possible to make it work like a toggle? Press once to walk, press it again to run?

Yeah, a toggle is possible, but the core of the patch must be done correctly (and tested thoroughly) first. The "always-run-mode" would have to be disabled before certain events otherwise, and if it's to done manually, it would still be annoying. Thanks for the idea though!

Why does the FMV skip patch rarely work?
It seems (that without _any_ other patches) that it just doesn't work consistently.
I have to press Ctrl+S about 30 times before it even does anything, why would this be?

Death Force grants immunity to sudden death spells (one time), but I have sucessfully died from many death spells even under Death Force protection (mostly from death Sentence since it has bigger chances compare to instant death spell). It is really weird and annyoing since I remember that DF Eskill worked perfect on PS1 version of the game, played it few times and do not remember such bug.

You sure they aren't getting "healed" from it?

Quote
Of course, the disadvantage is that the immunity is temporary; if that character gets hit by DeSpell or White Wind or gets killed, then they will lose the immunity immediately

Ok, it's been for awhile someone posted in this thread. But I have a problem, perhaps the comination of The Remake v2.0 Hack an YAMP. When I try to patch the game, the cmd says that's all fine.
But the ff7.exe has 0 bytes. And when I look in the debug.txt there's those infos ...

Nice necro. Well, I might help you aswell. Do not use LuckyTifa and 9999LimitBreaker. For the BDL, use Aali's driver.

Thanks, but could it be the Aali's Driver doesn't work for the german version?

EDIT:

ok, I had to change some options in the ff7_opengl.cfg like turn off use_shader to get the custom driver works. LuckyTifa doesn't work.

But now there's an error message at the beginning of the fights
"ERROR: could not open file BARRETT.T09"

This option isn't in the cfg file.
