I got it, and here's the scoop!
Disc 1
#1) Movie is still as good as I remember it! (Personal Opinon)
#2) Both Teaser and Theatrical Trailers.
#3) Trailers to Starship Troopers and the new Metropolis anime movie.
#4) Two commentary tracks. One by the director and producers, second by the artists.
#5) Isolated Musical Score with commentary.
#6) Comes in English and French flavors. (Subbing and Dubbing!)
Disc 2
#1) Kickass disc intro!
#2) Huge "documentary" hi-lighting the development of the film.
#3) "Kelly's Thriller" music video. (The cast (minus General Hein) & 3 living Phantoms dancing Michael Jackson's "Thriller". No Singing.)
#4) Simply-rendered "outakes". (Hilarious!)
#5) Alternate Film Opening
#6) Aki's Dream (All the Dream sequences linked together.)
#7) Compositing reel. (Shows their compositing in action.)
#8) Final Fantasy Scene Creator (Re-edit the scene with the High Councel as they discuss using the Zeus Cannon over Dr. Sid's ideas. Not quite as good as it sounds, but fun!)
#9) Matte Paintings Reel
#10) Trailer Creation interview
#11) Movie bios of the main characters. (Not stupid still images! Yay!)
#12) Movie descriptions of the Jeep, Aki's Ship, and the vehicle used at the end of the film.
#13) Simply-rendered clips of "The Gray Project". (It's a short film they made before starting production of the FF movie. I have yet to discover if they have the full version on the DVDs, but I doubt I'll find it.)
Well, that's all I can remember. I need sleep...
