Damn!
I try to make an ISO ou of a PSX CD, but the STR files copy 10times slower then other files.
For example - I put in FF9CD1, copy the *.img (350MB) without problems (all CD's too), but whenever I try to copy a STR file, everything goes slows, the CD almost stops spinning. And a 10MB file copies more then 10 minutes. What is the problem!?

Old CDROM drive?

The older drives did have trouble with PSX CD's. There's not always anything you can do about it. My new DVD drive can rip straight through at top speed, but don't expect an older drive to be able to.
