Title: Nexus mods with 7th heaven

Hi folks I’m new to adding mods to final fantasy vii however I have managed to start up 7the heaven with mods working. My issue is I am having trouble getting the nexus mods onto the 7th heaven mod manager so I can download the mods. For example when I download the Nino style mod from the nexus site it appears in my recent downloads as an internet folder  and not a zip file that I can unpack. Do I have to convert the file, and if so how do I go about this with 7th heaven to install the mod correctly? Would appreciate any help as I am not great with computers. Thanks.

Library tab -> Import button -> From IRO archive -> select the .iro file you downloaded from Nexusmods.
