Okay, so I finally got everything to work in the Bootleg 40 mod, but I still have one major error. The transparent HP/MP/Limit/Wait HUD is all jumbled up, and I don't know why or how to fix it. Any thoughts?

At this point, this topic is more than just unshaded characters. This is now unshaded characters, Adult APZ Cloud, and missing NPCs; and maybe the topic header should be changed to reflect the improved itinerary?

I noticed that too. I think there is a mod that replaces him with Kakashi floating somewhere out there, but even that is a gamerip not permitted on the forums. We should look into giving that man some fingers!

I really like the new Cloud look, because the APZ face looked so bland I was ready to get rid of it. When I'm on a Windows I'll take a look at it.

That's heavy man. I feel for you. Although, that sounds like kind of a private matter, so we really have no business knowing about it. I hope your situation gets better, for you and your loved ones, and to a lesser extent I also hope the Tifa modeller who started the forum can bring an end to all this speculation.

If you're too busy to convert and cut up the model into a FF7-compatible form right now, you could release the model, and have us try to work on it maybe. Plus, I'd be nice to have the full high-diffuse version of the model before it is released publicly in such a cruder form.

By "black bars" I meant the Letterbox top and bottom black bars, not a graphics problem.

Do you have these textures backed up in more than one place? If not, you should do so or else release the rest of them immediately, because someone's hard drive recently failed, and all the mods he hadn't already released were lost, including the Sephiroth mod he was working on. If you don't think the rest of the textures aren't ready enough for release -- even though I think they look spectacular as is -- please make such you have them backed-up somewhere so you don't lose all your progress.
