I have done some tweaks to these field model and added (optional) Millenia's Buster sword.

The head is changed for a more grown up look and overall he looks less bulky.
I only changed Cloud, Cloud with sword in the hand, parachute Cloud, a bit the wheelchair Cloud and his world model.

I like the adjustment you've made here. I'm curious though, are all of the files in that package needed? You included 105 files for the model, which seems like a lot compared to most of the character models I've installed (generally around 34?). I'm kind of new to FF7 modding so I don't know much, but I'm wondering if any of those are unneeded? I used the bootlegger, so I'm assuming something it did is being replaced.

I've got like 7 different backups for all the things I'm trying so it's not a big deal. I don't see any changes in game aside from the model itself, so thats good.

Does Bootleg use the updated retranslation from this mod, or is it using an outdated version? I ask because the link in the package thread points to the original retranslation thread, so just curious. I'm at the end of endlessly testing and uninstalling things all the way through via bootlegger and am considering doing some individual bits if anything needs to be smoothed out..

Edit: Oh wait, this was just officially completed yesterday I see, nice! That being said, that makes it doubtful that the bootlegger is up to date through to the very end. I'll have to look into finally installing a mod for this game on my own looks like =O.

Ah I see. I got the torrent overnight since I caved and decided to do it before bed. I have only one more question here, and that's about the FMVs/soundtracks. It's not entirely clear to me which FMV mod does what. Particularly the bootleg/X ones. I saw a video for Grimmy's and it looked great for the intro, but I'm not sure that one is as extensive as some of the others like Rumbah 1280 Smooth, for instance. Several of the ones listed in Bootlegger aren't actually mentioned in this thread at all, such as Bootleg Reworked, Grimmy+Leonhart/alt, etc. I'm not exactly sure if a reversal is easily done once I execute this so..

Any advice on which of these FMVs to go with? I'm fairly new to FF7 and routinely mod games that I play, so I don't necessarily need to keep with a nostalgic feel or anything. Just trying to make everything as appealing as possible.

Oh, and if this isn't an appropriate thread to be asking this question, feel free to delete this and I'll ask elsewhere of course.

This is a bit intimidating at 17.2 gb. This is probably a ridiculous question, but if I download this package, does the installer pretty much handle everything? Aside from mod selection of course. I looked at the individual downloads list, and aside from taking less space, it looks even more intimidating >_>.

Also, is it normal to say, break your game by installing incompatible mods or anything?
