I forgot to copy the APP.LOG and now it's mysteriously disappeared so I have to encounter the error again. It shouldn't take too long.

EDIT: Added the error.

I guess you're using the latest drivers?? Maybe adding some save files to all the slots will make it work?? I've seen many members fixed their problems with the saves.

I'm using Aali's drivers v0.7.3b. This version didn't have the save error.

Explain exactly what you did to modify the movie...

Oh I figured it out. I was using a wrong format.

But now the video is at the top instead of the middle.

EDIT: And the music and sounds don't match up.

0.7.3 has less support for video's so things like H264 wont work (there is a thread on supported video's in older versions somewhere), later versions use a better version of ffmpeg so you can use H264 in later version's and has better overall support (also fixes alot of problems in sound in some of the movies when re-encoding video's)
But i seem to remember before you said you couldn't use 0.7.7 so you could always try 0.7.6.
Or if you really want you could try using just the movie plugin from 0.7.7 on 0.7.3 (to do this just download 0.7.7 and extract just the ffmpeg plugin from the plugins folder and put it in your current plugin directory) if you do this you will get h264 support in 0.7.3 but you may still have some problems with video skipping (since they where fixed in 0.7.5 and above you would need those version's of the driver)
Also on a side note, if the video's are in the top middle of the screen it sounds like you don't have the right aspect for them, you need to keep it to multiples of 320x224 so it goes like this
1x320x224
2x640x448
3x960x672
4x1280x896
5x1600x1120
But if you already are doing this then the problem may be related to the driver version or the video your using.

Yeah apparently 0.7.7b doesn't work with me. I'll try the plugin thing.

Thanks! :D

EDIT: Is there any way to "cut" out the Final Fantasy VII logo from the PS3 Tech Demo and add it to the Crisis Core ending video?

EDIT2: I'm going to try Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects to see if that does anything.

EDIT3: It appears I'm doing it right. I hope anyways.

EDIT4: Now all I have to do is figure out a way to cut it out and for it to show up at the right time.

EDIT5: Just got home from school. I'll probably have the video test done in a few hours.

1280x896

Is probably the one you want....a good tradeoff.
