Really darkfang? Could you not just keep your mouth shut?

Now I have to figure out whether we should just give you the pirate avatar or something a bit more, given your past transgressions.

The only thing I did wrong was post a link to gore while I was drunk. Pretty sure there are other members on these forums causing more ruckus than me.

I think that, just because you bought the PSX version doesn't grant you the PC right.

Well, I'm not gonna begin such discussion, don't want to start a flame war on what is legal and what isn't.

I totally agree with you.

Wow that is very cool sith!

DarkFang, please tell me that you actually *bought* it?

PS1 version from the yard sale? Yeah.
PC version? No.
Not gonna lie.

*awaits pirate avatar*

EDIT: Well if we're talking about PS1, then I bought that a few years ago from a yard sale for about $10. Original too, not Greatest Hits/Platinum.

That's a nice brown coat you have there PitBrat.

Time for ponies takes priority over everything. If we're having sex at like 9:00 AM, I'm gonna stop and watch my show, then continue later.

She better let me watch My Little Pony on Saturdays. If not, there's gonna be some hell.

I'm also shaving my head soon. I have really long "emo" hair and it's really been bugging me lately.

I'm actually looking forward to marriage.

I need some perspective for this. How old are you?

Almost 18. I know, I know "you're too young to get married, etc." but I've been with her for a while now.

Life has been pretty good since I dropped out of school. I got a job starting at $12/hour cause my stepdad knows a guy.

And Ponies are the greatest thing in the world ever. But they haven't had a song in Season 2 yet :(

Looks sorta like this. Only got a half sleeve tho.

1. I dropped out of school.
2. I got a tattoo.
3. I've learned/am learning to play the drums.
4. I'm engaged.

The title may be offensive but the content is legitimate. The ACS is bigoted for denying a donation from "Beyond Belief" or whatever they call themselves.

^ This.

I think if the title was changed then maybe people wouldn't take it so offensively.

@bear : No sorry, I'm not... I really did but I'm not sure anyone here be proud of me. I am of myself but I'm sure some of you might be disapointed.

Has your parents done anything to punish you? Seriously, if your parents are still letting you on the computer to brag about hitting a girl, then they obviously fail at parenting. I'd stick your ass in counseling if you were my kid. Maybe that will help your suicidal tendencies and anger management. And then you get on here and say you're proud of what you did. Really? I bet you feel like a big strong man huh. You feel like hitting that girl has solved ALL your problems, is that right? Let me tell you something boy, they've only just begun.

I grew up seeing my father beat my mother a lot. When I see or hear about a guy harming a girl in any way it angers me because it brings back the memories of my abusive father. No woman should be treated like the way my mother was treated. Even if the woman is the one at fault, you should never hit her. Try talking it out, if it doesn't work then just ignore her. Violence is usually never the answer.

And how old are you? 13? 14? You aren't going to commit suicide, that's just a cry for attention because apparently you aren't getting enough from your family or friends. I always said that shit when I was your age, hoping to get people to notice me. Now when I hear people say it usually they're just bluffing, like you.

General Discussion / Re: Final Fantasy versus XIII

Games like GTA4, Portal 2, Uncharted, Kingdom Hearts 2, Mass Effect, Arkham Asylum, etc have all shown that a game can have kickass graphics AND be good games. (admittedly, KH2 had some major story issues, but these were mostly related to Nomura being completely insane, not a lack of time or effort in story). Maybe go back a few generations. Shenmue, Metal Gear Solid 3,  Perfect Dark, Super Mario RPG... All of them technical masterpieces AS WELL AS great games.

You forgot about Metal Gear Solid 4. It had good graphics and was an awesome game. Some even say it was and still is the best PS3 game released. It even got a perfect score by Famitsu.

They just try to explain their opinion, without the pretention to hold the absolute truth. When they say they prefer oranges over apples, they try to explain why, but don't imply that people who prefer apples are mentally deficient. There is your difference.

I started playing this game a few days ago and I'm enjoying it. What are your thoughts?

I learned that Final Fantasy VII can have a 4 player party.

I didn't really enjoy FFXII all that much, but I actually found the gambit system to be quite intuitive. It required strategy and a great deal of thought to plan properly for certain fights, and the option to do it manually was also great. The only real problem I had was with the fact that the characters didn't really end up with specific roles (although they may have started there). So really you ended up with 6 heavy sword weilders absolutely smashing their way through the game. I tried not to play it that way, but it seemed a bit pointless.

You should try the International Zodiac Job System version.

When would VII-2 take place?
