I worked a little magic on Squall and Rinoa's faces to more closely resemble the FMVs. I'm pretty proud of the results, which means something since I'm a bit of a perfectionist. This mod is for the remaster.

Maki's DEMASTER Modding Tool is needed which can be found here:

DEMASTER Instructions:
- Download the DEMASTER release
- Install DEMASTER into .../FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered/
- Open 'ffviii_demaster_manager.exe' and run the 'unpack' feature - this creates the DEMASTER_EXP folder
- Paste the textures folder into this new created folder DEMASTER_EXP

Hi guys. This is my current squall. Only issue I'm having is that every time he blinks, his hair slightly changes shades. XD

Hello everyone! This is actually my first post, but I discovered this site when looking up current mods for Final Fantasy 8. I would be very interested in assisting with the efforts to bring higher fidelity to these wonderful worlds, but I don't know much about modding itself. I do have plenty of experience with digital art and would love to focus my efforts on this project, but I'm not sure who I should talk to about this so I posted it here. Any direction would be appreciated!
